David Lambie

Has four kids and a cat (and a wife!). Fancies himself as a professional athlete. Rugby/cricket tragic. Always dieting (generally involving Heineken). Needs 'a plan'. Trying to broaden his wardrobe.

David leads our Advisory and Assurance practice areas which includes our core property consultancy and tenant representation workstreams, where we continue to lead the market in providing independent commercial advice. 

Duncan Mitchell

Principal & Director | Practice Lead: Strategy


Lives on Asian food. Listens to music that sounds like a washing machine. Once played the clarinet! Dreams of lazy days sailing. Rides a mean mountain bike. Predicts the weather. Avoids crowds and dancing.

Duncan leads our Strategy practice area which includes our property strategy, workplace strategy, strategic briefing, technology and master planning areas and has been the driving force behind the growth of this practice area. Duncan remains focused on how the workplace (physical environment, technology, people and process) can best support organisational performance.

Don Smith

Principal & Director

Married to long-suffering Nina. Two teenage boys. Avid follower of all things' motorsport and owner of too many Italian cars. Proud that his wardrobe is known as his 'shoeporium'.

Don has worked in the property industry for 30+ years and has a depth of experience from various senior roles. He's worked with public and private sector clients on diverse portfolios including commercial office, investment, retail networks, infrastructure, industrial, retail, rural, housing, portfolio repositioning, and strategic consulting. Don has a passion for the application of IT solutions to the industry and focuses on innovation for clients.

Steffi McKeown

Senior Adviser

Serious shopper, social (read competitive) indoor netball player. Lover of travel and anything food related - particularly eating it. 

Steffi joined the TwentyTwo tribe in 2018, bringing with her four years of hands-on experience in the commercial property market. Steffi continues to provide tenants/occupiers with advice on needs analysis/briefing, stay-go decisions, new leases, lease renewals, rent reviews, portfolio management and the wide range of issues associated with managing large occupier portfolios.

Erica Pitt

Graphic Designer

Creative, curious, traveller, tea drinker, skier and mama. Has too many shoes and coats. Loves the seaside and a fresh southerly breeze.

Erica joined the TwentyTwo tribe in 2019 and provides visual and graphic design support to our team. With over 15 years of experience in graphic design, she takes the lead on our visual identity and translates the team's learnings into visual concepts and solutions. 

Chris Ware

Associate Principal

Two boys and a wife. Runs, bikes, lifts stuff. Wannabe chippie. Renovates. Played right back. Too many headers.

Chris has worked across tenant and landlord representative roles and consultancy and client-side roles since 2008, most recently for the Ministry of Health. Since joining TwentyTwo in early 2014, Chris has specialised in tenant representation, leasing/premises procurement, negotiation and project leadership. He holds a Bachelor of Business Studies in Management.

Matthew Peko-Fox

Associate Principal | Practice Lead: Workplace Technology & Digital

Loves gadgets, DIY and a bargain (even if he doesn’t need it). Avoids coffee and gluten. Slightly accident prone. Avid boatie and water skier. Well-travelled.

Matthew is part of our workplace strategy advisory team and our enabling-technology expert. In the last eight years, he's acquired a depth and breadth of experience that allows him to make strategic alignments between technology and organisational strategy to create effective solutions that enable individuals, teams and organisations to be more efficient and engaged.

Andrew Craig

Senior Adviser | Workplace Technology

Dad, husband, loves the outdoors, mad cyclist, olive grove farmer (in training). Commutes to the Capital from Martinborough.

Andrew is part of our Workplace Technology team, working alongside Matthew Peko-Fox. His focus is ensuring technology is seamlessly integrated with how people work and with workplace fit-outs. Andrew has over 18 years' experience in the technology sector, predominantly focused on audio visual technology – working on project fit-outs, construction and integrating technology.  

Sunder Croucher

Partial to chocolate, can’t help but wear a ruffled shirt, thinks she can sing, takes on Mt Kau Kau, loves to travel.

Sunder has been part of the TwentyTwo team since 2008. She manages the office and accounts, and is a key driver in improving our systems and processes. Before joining TwentyTwo and having a family, Sunder worked for Wellington City Council as a Property Manager. 

Paul Mautz

Knows a lot about 1970’s music. Wears a hat. In-house quiz master. Sauv Blanc and MU fan. Prefers to spend winters in Europe. Learning the guitar.

Paul has been a senior member of our team since 2004 and specialises in premises procurement and leasing. With 25+ years' experience in the commercial property sector, he's been involved with a number of large leasing transactions, representing clients in project leadership and tenant representation roles.

Daniel Longmire

Fan of a G&T and a good platter. Travel obsessed (budget permitting). Loves getting outdoors on a bushwalk or the boat. Documentary addict.

Dan joined the TwentyTwo team at the end of 2019, bringing with him five years of experience in the commercial property market.  Based in Auckland, he has a passion for data analysis and using that information to help clients make better property decisions.  Dan provides our clients with advice and insights on the commercial property market; needs analysis/briefing, stay-go decisions, new leases/lease renewals, rent reviews, portfolio management and a wide range of issues associated with managing large property portfolios.

Dean Croucher

Dean is one of NZ's leading property advisers with 30 years of consulting experience acting for major tenants and owner-occupiers. He specialises in property strategy, tenant representation, project leadership and major transactions. He also continues to provide peer review advice across all major projects.

Johan Meyer

Senior Adviser | Workplace Technology

Future-focused tech junkie, avid motorcyclist and motorbike safety advocate – wannabe Burt Munro. Lives for a coffee anywhere – it's about the journey.  

Johan joined the TwentyTwo Tribe in 2022 as part of our Workplace Technology team. He brings with him 13+ years' technology sector experience and an enthusiastic interest in future-forward technology. He is a strong believer that technology should be ‘invisible’ to be called a success and that the key to consulting success is building relationships with clients and understanding their goals and challenges, followed by helping to discover how technology can support these.

Emma Barker

Emma joined the TwentyTwo team in 2017 and leads our marketing and communications. Her marketing skills drive our digital presence and brand strategy. Emma has over ten years’ experience working with growing New Zealand-owned organisations, supporting their advance with marketing know-how.

Siân works with Marketing Manager Emma. She's worked for small and large NZ organisations for more than 10 years as content writer, editor and manager, as well as supporting their content marketing strategies. She's also worked with large organisations in the UK and edited five business books for clients in Europe.
