TwentyTwo’s Dan Longmire’s appointment onto the Property Council New Zealand’s (PCNZ) Diversity and Inclusion Committee has been announced, coinciding with TwentyTwo taking the Pride Pledge.

Dan’s appointment to PCNZ’s Committee becomes effective from 1 November for a two-year term throughout which he will be part of the collective voice that shapes their advocacy, industry-leading initiatives, networking and events. 

Dan has led Diversity and Inclusion since joining TwentyTwo in 2019 by helping to determine D&I goals and pathways to achieve goals and increase awareness across the business.

“I’ve had my D&I hat on since studying for a Bachelor of Property and Commerce at The University of Auckland” says Dan. “I was a founding member of Rainbow Business there and, after graduating in 2017, joined the D&I committee at JLL organising events, as well as being Project Lead for achieving the Rainbow Tick.

“I’m really excited to have joined the Property Council’s D&I committee since it neatly combines two passions of mine – Diversity and Inclusion and property”.

Meanwhile, by taking the Pride Pledge, TwentyTwo has committed to demonstrating its dedication to the safety, visibility and inclusion of rainbow members internally and externally. As the largest organisation of its kind in Aotearoa, Pride Pledge represents around 250 business in various sectors.
