Huge congratulations to TwentyTwo’s Dan Longmire on passing his final assessment and qualifying as a RICS Chartered Member. 

Recognised and respected globally as a mark of excellence and integrity, the MRICS qualification demonstrates that Dan works to the highest industry standards and is helping shape the future of the property profession in NZ.

The achievement is the culmination of two years of study for Dan, while also continuing to build up his experience at TwentyTwo and as part of his continual professional development.

“I’ve learnt so much on this journey” says Dan. “It’s been hard work, but absolutely worth it. I tackled the Routeburn Track in Otago with my partner last week to celebrate.

“MRICS is the gold standard for property professionals in NZ and I feel really privileged to have been given the opportunity to juggle the study/learning and work commitments to add this to my toolbox while being part of the TwentyTwo Tribe” says Dan.
